Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
- Take off quantities from drawings and specifications.
- Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and payment recommendations.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
- Review contracts, tender documents, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Main Contractors, Consultants, and Suppliers.
- Track project progress and maintain proper cost records.
- Assist in procurement and material cost analysis.
