Job Description Quantity Surveyor in the Building & Construction Industry Working Location: Ubi Area Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 5:30PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Full-time/Contract Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor project budgets and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered within budget. Oversee the full project cycle from contract award to completion, including submission of tender, preparation of progress claims, & preparation of final accounts. Prepare procurement lists and schedules. Source, liaise, and obtain quotations from subcontractors evaluate submissions and draft subcontract documents as required. Record and track defects, maintain proper documentation for all variation orders (VO), and ensure timely submission of VO costs (daily/weekly).
