Seeking individual with keen interest to develop modern digital skillsets and knowledge for quantity survey, data management and analysis of MEP / HVAC / ACMV systems to compete in the current global trend of sustainability and green endeavors.
Scope- Reporting: Reporting to QS Manager
- Objectives: Participate in tendering process and to successfully bid for projects
- Quantity Survey: Collect data for management and analysis of cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration and procurement. (Individual scopes follows below)
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Develop comprehensive and strategic cost estimates for tenders and projects, taking into account project specifications, current market rates, and labor costs.
