Job Description & Requirements
- Manage full quantity surveying duties across entire project lifecycles, from tender stage through to final accounts.
- Prepare timely tender submissions for plumbing, sanitary and gas works, including performing quantity measurement and taking‑off.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to achieve cost‑effective project outcomes.
- Assist in contract administration, variation orders (VO), claims, final accounts, settlements and subcontractor payments, throughout project execution.
- Maintain proper documentation for contracts, quotations, progress claims, and project records.
