Quantity Surveyor

Established construction company is looking for an experienced QS to ensure construction projects are financially controlled and losses minimized.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the necessary tertiary qualifications and experienced to take full responsibility of all QS functions on a construction site.

Requirements

• Completed ND - Quantity Surveying ( with at least 3 years experience in a building construction environment.

Duties

• On site QS functions
• Financial planning, control and reporting
• Appointment of subcontractors
• Material management
• Administration.

This position reports directly to the Commercial Manager.

Salary offered is negotiable, depending on qualification and experience.
