  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction company in Wellington, Western Cape.
  As a Quantity Surveyor, you will: 
 Manage project costs and contracts to keep projects within budget and up to quality standards.
 Prepare and review tender documents and contracts.
 Analyze costs and create budgets.
 Handle project costs, payments, and financial forecasts.
 Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
 Monitor expenses and manage financial risks.
 Ensure compliance with construction regulations and contract terms.
 Work with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
 
  Requirements 
 Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
 3-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
 Knowledge of SABS 1200 standards.
