Job Description
Producing applications, accounts and invoices accurately and within agreed timescales across planned maintenance projects in Wolverhampton

Monitoring commercial performance and exercising effective cost control to ensure the Site Surveyor function operates efficiently and profitably

Managing commercial WIP and debt levels in line with company and client targets within the social housing sector

Liaising with client representatives across Wolverhampton and the wider Midlands region to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery standards are achieved
