Quotation Specialist (Winnipeg)

Job Overview

As the Quotation Specialist based in Burnaby, BC, you will efficiently quote all new jobs that are out for tender, determining if requested specifications are achievable and align with customer requirements and Westburne standards. You will report to the Project Manager and support the quotations and project management teams.

Responsibilities

• You will act as a liaison with vendors, contractors, and internal staff.
• You will obtain RFQs from partners and coordinate the layout of specifications, including electrical takeoffs from single line diagrams and assembling lighting and distribution information packages.
• You will negotiate with key suppliers to obtain project pricing.
• You will serve as a Brand Ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences, ensuring our corporate image is reflected.
