- Proven experience managing CPQ implementation projects

- Hands-on exposure to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes

- Experience with CPQ platforms such as Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Conga CPQ, Apttus, Tacton, or similar

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills

- Experience managing onsite-offshore delivery teams

- Expertise in Agile/Scrum project delivery methodologies

- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and digital transformation programs
