Job Duties
- Coordinate with system vendors and major mobile network operators (StarHub and M1) to support 5G RAN deployment and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Support system acceptance and testing activities including BFT, IPV, CAC, FAC, UAT, and SCFV.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize 4G/5G radio network performance using OSS KPIs, logs, traces, and third‑party performance data.
- Perform root cause analysis on network issues and drive corrective optimization actions.
- Develop and automate network performance and usage reports, including worst‑performing cell analysis and network slice monitoring.
- Evaluate and implement network change requests, including radio parameter tuning and software feature enhancements.
- Maintain and manage 5G radio network site databases and change request trackers.
