Role Purpose

The Ramp Agent is responsible for performing a range of ground handling activities that support the safe, efficient and timely turnaround of aircraft, baggage, freight and associated equipment. The role involves hands-on operational duties across ramp and aircraft handling functions, ensuring compliance with company procedures, airline service level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and all applicable safety and security requirements.
