Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Work with telecom vendor Cloud CME and other vendor tools for scripting, integrations, and operational support
- Perform BTS-level activities , including expansion, BBU migration, upgrades, and swap operations
- Handle and maintain telecom equipment such as BTS 3900 , BTS 5900 , and other related vendor products
- Support and troubleshoot telecom equipment across multiple vendors (preferred)
- Provide clear technical guidance and instructions to subcontractor teams
