 Pulse Nursing are offering a variety of day shifts for experienced Rapid Response at in London Islington. Our Rapid Response provide care to clients with a variety of needs within their home environment throughout the community.
  Rapid response  enables people across Islington to pursue happy and healthy lives. They prevent extra pressure on the NHS hospitals by freeing up beds and looking after patients at their home. This rewarding role puts the patients and community at the heart of everything our Nurses do.
 Rate of pay £19.00 to £27.00 Monday to Sunday
  Rapid response responsibilities include: 
 Initiate a predetermined range of diagnostic tests. 
 Make referrals to other disciplines/professions when necessary. 
 Support patients in self-management, monitoring their condition, and making informed choices. 
 Serve as the designated nurse for assigned patients within the service.
