R&D Engineer - Mechatronic Systems, Simulation & AI

Key Responsibilities Engineering Design & System Development Design portions of engineering solutions for mechatronic systems, mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling, in accordance with established engineering principles and development guidelines. Support systemlevel and controlrelated design considerations, including servomotion, actuation, power, and integrated mechanical behaviours. Conduct feasibility studies, design margin assessments, and analytical evaluations on new and modified designs. Perform root cause analysis of design or system issues and propose, evaluate, and implement corrective solutions.
Simulation, Analysis & AIEnabled Engineering Develop and apply simulation models, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for structural, thermal, vibration, and durability assessments.
