5+ years of programming experience as a developer
3+ years of management experience
Experience and knowledge in backend development - Java, node.js
Experience and knowledge in JavaScript and Client side technologies like - React
Experience and knowledge in DB's - SQL and NoSQL
Experience in AWS cloud computing
Experience with offshore development and management - great advantage.
Relevant academic degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
