R&D Intern

Develop Research & Development projects aimed at innovative products and processes that result in competitive advantages and/or technological barriers ensuring company ́s technological leadership.Support and advise on new programs (feasibility analysis) and operations (failure analysis), as well as generate cost reduction projects.
**Main Responsibilities**- Support to the R&D department in the raw materials analysis such as sands and resins; materials testing, both in laboratory and in plant.
- Perform laboratory tests (mechanical properties, materials performance, physical and chemical analysis, etc.) and technical support in plant (process audit, industrial equipment validations)- Prepare technical reports, either for the R&D area or for plant.
- Support the raw material homologation and cost reduction projects in the different plants.
- Participate in innovation projects.
