Responsibilities

• Follow-up calls on existing leads — turning “not now” into “yes,” asking the right questions, and building high-level rapport that leads to decisions.
• You will also do joint calls with me, so confidence, clarity, and professionalism are required.

Qualifications

• You have real estate acquisitions experience
• You are comfortable handling objections and hesitation
• You know how to lead a conversation without sounding aggressive or apologetic
• You can think, listen, and adapt in real time
