Real Estate Administrator / Sales Coordinator

Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate administration, transaction coordination, or sales support role.
  • Strong knowledge of TRREB/OREA forms, WebForms, BrokerBay, MLS, and transaction management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks independently.
  • Experience coordinating listings, offers, conditions, and closings.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.
