Attorney Allison Richter has joined Fredrikson’s Real Estate & Construction Group in the Iowa office.

Richter assists clients with commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate matters.

She has a wide range of experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating documentation related to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial and residential properties.
