Real Estate Development - Custodian, Facilities (Support Office)
THE ROLE
As the Custodian, Facilities you will:
Execute on all day-to-day cleaning and sanitization tasks throughout the space, creating a safe and comfortable experience for our people, clients and visitors.
Execute on specialized cleaning tasks that elevate the space experience using specialized equipment or tools when necessary.
Quickly address any unforeseen cleaning need that arise through the course of regular operations.
Ensure the space is always stocked with required cleaning supplies and tools.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Custodian, Facilities has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in
Cleaning chemicals & supplies and associated safety standards; WHMIS (CAN) or OHSA HAZCOM (USA) certification preferred
Physically able to complete tasks that involve lifting and comfortable using a ladder
