SUMMARY 
The Research Analyst researches real estate market and property information for the purpose of market intelligence reporting and in support of real estate transactions.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 
Compiles and maintains real estate market information and property data within databases 
Conducts market research to understand and maintain awareness of current real estate market conditions and trends
Compiles real estate market reports and tailors real estate market information and property information reports according to client needs
Researches real estate property and market information including but not limited to real estate properties and property values 
Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Community college diploma or university degree preferably in business administration
1 to 3 years of market research work experience
