Full Location: Pasig - PH HR Specialist The HR Specialist provides end-user assistance with a friendly, helpful approach, answering questions, providing information, and escalating more complex inquiries to the appropriate resource for resolution. As a Results CX HR Specialist, you will be supporting all Results CX employees globally using a variety of resources and tools including, but not limited to the HRIS, Results CX Policies & Procedures, Employee Handbooks, Subject Matter Experts in HR and other departments, Government publications and other legally binding documents. For incident management, you will support the resolution of entry to mid-level complexity. With increased proficiency levels, HR specialists possess the credibility and confidence to train Results CX Customers as required and assist on updating Helpdesk Runbooks and Manuals to constantly update operating procedures based on ITIL standards and best practices.
