Job Description
- Lead and oversee end-to-end premium receipt and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, cash management, and payment operations.
- Drive payment channel improvements to enhance collection performance and customer experience.
- Monitor UAT, SOP implementation, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in receivables or finance operations, including 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, cash management, bank reconciliation, and payment operations.
