Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Reception Team Leader (Concierge Team Leader) for a brand-new contract for Portico, overseeing our small team based with a neobanking firm operating in a multi-tenanted building in Canary Wharf.

Assisted by a Concierge team member, the successful Concierge Team Leader will oversee the front desk operation, looking after meeting rooms and visitors, assist the senior team with business travel needs, whilst maintaining a vigilant approach to the security of the floor.
