We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join their Dandenong based team on an immediate 6-week temporary assignment. As the first point of contact for clients, contractors, and visitors, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a positive customer experience in this fast-paced essential services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and providing a professional first impression for clients and stakeholders
• Managing a busy switchboard and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
• Handling incoming emails, mail, and general office correspondence
