Responsibilities
- Manage the reception counter and handle calls, enquiries, and visitors.
- Attend to deliveries and provide general administrative support (data entry, filing, laminating, packing, etc.).
- Support sickbay operations and provide basic first aid to students when required.
- Handle lost and found items and students leaving school early.
- Maintain tidiness of the reception and sickbay areas.
- Assist in packing and relocation preparations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- GCE N Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in reception or general admin, preferably in a school environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, approachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of first aid is an advantage.
