Job Description

The Receptionist / Admin Assistant supports front desk operations by handling patient and HMO inquiries, especially when the main clinic receptionist is on break, off‑duty, or on leave. The role also includes searching for potential HMO partners in Pasig and Imus, Cavite (for future clinic operations), assisting with administrative tasks, and helping expand the clinic’s network of HMO clients and doctors. The position requires flexibility and willingness to relocate to the Imus branch once it becomes operational.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, HRM, Psychology, or any related course

Experience:

  • Experience as receptionist, admin assistant, or front desk staff (preferred but not required)
  • Experience in HMO coordination is an advantage
