About the Role

We are currently partnering with a large public-sector organisation to recruit for an experienced Records / Information Services Officer for an initial six-month contract. This role sits within a high-volume Information Services environment and will suit candidates with strong management records, customer service, and TRIM experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Road Planning and Referral Services, including planning and development applications and subdivisions
  • Monitor and action a shared planning inbox
  • Provide front-of-house records and customer service support, including reception enquiries
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, document scanning, quality control, and floor clearances
  • Classify, index, and maintain correspondence and files
  • Create and maintain files (virtual and hard copy), including bulk file and volume creation
