Recovery & Aftercare Connector

The Nelson Trust, located in Gloucester, seeks a passionate Community Connector to join our Recovery & Aftercare team. This role involves supporting clients who have completed treatment in developing their recovery. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, facilitating support services, and advocating for clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in substance misuse support and strong communication skills. We offer ongoing training, a 35-hour workweek, and generous holiday and pension benefits.
