Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to bring a recruiter on to the team. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will develop a strong understanding of the business segments they support and build solid ties to internal and external experts to become a trusted, strategic advisor to the team. In concert with leadership teams, will devise recruiting roadmaps and strategies to present the story to potential candidates, using an inclusion-focused lens. The Talent Acquisition Consultant leverages market intelligence and the relationships, both internally as well as externally, to create a pipeline of exceptional talent.
