About the Role: Assetara is not looking for a typical HR administrator. We need a Talent Scout —a person who can identify potential, feel the fire in candidates, and close deals. Your mission is to find and filter leaders who will build our AI-fintech ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Outreach: Searching for candidates in LinkedIn, Telegram, and job boards.
- Cold Calling/Messaging: Initiating the first contact and pitching the Assetara opportunity.
- Zoom Screening: Conducting 15-20 minute interviews to evaluate charisma, leadership, and drive.
- Conversion: Moving the best candidates to the final interview with the Regional Manager.
Compensation & Perks:
