The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing candidates while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and applicants. This position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & AcquisitionSource candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
