Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a high-volume talent acquisition team supporting operations in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage the entire hiring lifecycle, work effectively in a fast-moving environment, and build strong relationships with demanding stakeholders. The role will focus primarily on recruiting newborn hearing screeners and lead newborn hearing screeners while supporting a select group of business units within a broader organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process from initial intake meetings through offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on expectations, and maintain momentum throughout each search.
