ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE 

We are looking for an In-House Recruiter to join our Recruitment team and support the delivery of high-volume and specialist recruitment across multiple business areas. 

Reporting to the Director of Talent & Engagement, you will partner with Hiring Managers across our Facilities Management and Tech/Engineering divisions to attract, engage and hire talent across a wide range of roles. These will include technical engineering positions such as Mobile Gas Engineers, Air Conditioning Engineers, Refrigeration & Chiller Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Fabric Engineers, alongside frontline operational roles within Cleaning, Security and Facilities Serv...
