You must be organized, proactive, and able to evaluate talent effectively. If you're a problem solver who is not afraid to ask questions, and who enjoys the challenge of hitting certain KPIs and goals, then we want to hear from you.
Goals and KPIs
• Build strong pipelines of qualified remote worker candidates from different global locations
• Conduct first round interviews and then turn over those recorded interviews/notes to your Manager to evaluate for next steps
• Maintain clear communication and accurate tracking of all candidates within our recruiting tool, Breezy HR
• Deliver top candidates quickly to your Manager
