JOB DESCRIPTION (Role Overview)

We are seeking a proactive, high-ownership Recruiter who actively uses AI in day-to-day recruiting and thinks creatively about how AI can improve speed, quality, and decision-making across the hiring lifecycle. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, running full-cycle recruitment, and continuously improving recruiting workflows through practical AI usage and lightweight automation. The ideal candidate operates with a builder/owner mentality , takes initiative without being asked, and is energized by helping build and scale a business—not by managing a large recruiting team.
