Job Opportunity: Recruiter (Medellín)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions based in the USA.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to meet recruitment goals.
Requirements
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience in recruiting for USA-based companies.
- Experience in recruiting for telecommunications, fiber optics, or internet industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday.
