We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Recruiter with experience in the automotive industry to join our team.
This role is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across technical, operational, and corporate positions to support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions across the organization (engineering, manufacturing, quality, operations, commercial, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
