Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- With minimum of 2 years' experience as a Recruiter supporting US Mortgage.
- Candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang.
- Willing to work on a Mid/graveyard shift.
