3–6 years of recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or engineering Proven track record sourcing hard-to-fill technical roles

As an Aerospace Recruiter, you'll own the full-cycle recruiting process for highly specialized engineering, operations, and technical roles across aerospace, defense, and space systems.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including propulsion, avionics, systems engineering. Build and maintain pipelines of passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards, and aerospace conferences
