JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hybrid | Downtown, Toronto
Duration: 6 Months
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Recruiter - Retail Banking to support end-to-end recruitment across retail service, sales, and branch management roles. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Support high-volume hiring by addressing backlog driven by increased demand and hiring model changes
- Source qualified candidates across key markets using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
