Recruiter with US Experience

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a portfolio of U.S.-based roles, primarily in the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors. This role requires deep knowledge of U.S. hiring practices, strong sourcing capabilities, and excellent communication skills to partner with hiring managers and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across multiple U.S. locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, target profiles, and hiring timelines
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, Boolean search, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
