The Recruiting Business Partner (Client Lead) serves as a strategic talent advisor for assigned business units at AWS. This role owns the Recruiting Strategy oversee the recruiting process, partners closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develops comprehensive talent strategies, and drives hiring outcomes that support Amazon's growth objectives.
