My Remote Hire is seeking a detail-oriented professional to enhance our recruiting engine in Colombia. In this role, you will design and optimize processes from candidate sourcing to hiring, ensuring effective tracking and automation of tasks.

Ideal candidates have experience in recruiting operations and a strong grasp of ATS systems. You will utilize tools like Recruiterflow and Calendly to improve workflows and implement automation for efficiency.

This is a project role lasting 2-3 months with compensation between $1200 - $1500 based on experience.
