About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team on a 3-month interim basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth process
Review applications and recommend candidates
Support selection decisions and hiring processes
Assist with offer management and candidate communication
