Responsibilities
Designing and implementing the organization’s compensation and benefits program and activities to meet the organization’s objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness. The program may include job evaluation/classification; salary administration; short-term, and long-term incentive plans; employee benefits (e.g., health, insurance); executive compensation; workers compensation; salary packaging; retirement, pension, and superannuation plans.
