Recruitment Business Partner

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for assigned functional areas across the FNZ Canada business. As part of FNZ’s North American Talent Acquisition team , the role is pivotal in strengthening FNZ’s employer brand, building sustainable talent pipelines, and continuing to evolve FNZ’s direct, in‑house recruitment model into a business‑aligned, value‑adding function.

Beyond day‑to‑day recruitment delivery, this role will contribute to North American recruitment strategies , acting as a trusted Talent Partner to the business. Success in the role will be driven by improving quality and diversity of hire , adhering to FNZ North American recruitment standards , and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement across the Talent Acquisition function.
