An exciting career opportunity exists at Medipost for a Recruitment Manager reporting to the Group HR Manager. This position is based in Gezina, Pretoria. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment practices, policies, and procedures to support the business objectives and talent management strategies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Leadership and Business partnership:

• Give input on the HR strategy and facilitate execution in line with the business goals and objectives.
• Develop recruitment strategies and plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
