This is recruitment, but at its core it’s sales: influencing decisions, building relationships, and delivering results in a competitive market.
You’ll work on business-critical roles with well-known and high-growth organisations, operating at Senior Management and C‑suite level. The expectation is quality - not high volume. You’ll be trusted to think, challenge, and make calls.
You might already have some exposure to sales and be looking for a place to build on it properly - within a high-performing, well-established brand.
Or you might be in a resourcing role, with a genuine hunger to move into sales and the drive to make it happen.
Either way, this is a role for people who are serious about developing - not just trying something out.
