Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
